William “Billy” Lukcso ‘91

William “Billy” Andrew Lukcso, Jr, passed away on July 5th, 2024 at the age of 51 in his home of Twinsburg, Ohio. Born September 21st, 1972, Billy spent his early life in central and northeast Ohio and went on to complete college in Indianapolis. This is where he met the love of his life, Cari (Blough) Lukcso. Billy is survived by his wife as well as their three children: Nathan, Carter, and Caden Lukcso to whom he devoted his life to raising. Among his hallmarks like putting the utmost personality into his job or maintaining a lifelong affinity for sports, he constantly reminded each member of his family that they were what mattered most to him and were the reason he did anything. Billy had no shortage of charm in every interaction he had with people. He was personable with everyone around him, priding himself on his ability to connect with strangers as if they were friends. He developed close connections with his neighbors, with family dubbing him the unofficial “Mayor of Aurora Shores,” and it was with these neighbors and his family that he spent some of the last moments of his full, contented life. Billy would want to be remembered as a man who loved life and the blessings God filled it with. As well, he will be remembered as someone who put the love he had for his family before anything else. Billy will be deeply missed by the incredibly close family he raised, and the many strangers-turned-friends he made along the way.
