2024-2025 Student Parking

This year the Parking Registration and purchase of Parking Passes will all be done electronically, and before the start of school. Here's how the process will work:

  1. On Thursday, August 1 all seniors, juniors and sophomores will be emailed a Google form to complete the Parking Registration; this will be sent to their DeSales email address. Please note: only students who currently have a valid driver's license and insurance may complete the Google Form and purchase a Parking Pass. This form must be completed online before students will be able to purchase a Parking Pass.

  2. Then beginning on Tuesday, August 6, and each day following at 8:00am, a link via Hometown ticketing will be sent to students to purchase a Parking Pass. The link will only be sent to those who have completed the Parking Registration Google form, and in the following order: Tuesday - students whose parents purchased them a spot via the Wishbook, Wednesday - Seniors, Thursday - Juniors, Friday - Sophomores.

During this process students will be able to pick a spot of their choosing in the South lot and pay via credit card for their Parking Pass. The cost of the Parking Pass for the year is $55.00.

Please keep in mind the following parameters as you complete this process:

  • The Google Form must be completed before students can purchase the pass; anyone who purchases a Parking Pass before completing the Parking Registration Google form is not guaranteed their chosen spot.

  • Each grade level will have 24 hours to purchase their Parking Pass and choose their spot before the next grade level will have access.

  • Students are to begin parking in their assigned spot on the first day of school, Wednesday, August 21. Parking Tags will be distributed on the second day of school, Thursday, August 22 during their respective lunch period and are to be displayed in the front window of the vehicle. Students must present their valid driver's license in order to receive their parking pass.
